• Pre-order are scheduled to begin on Sunday, October 19, 2025 from 20:00 Hong Kong Standard Time.
• The pre-order is planned to remain open until Wednesday the 29th, but if the planned quantity is reached (over 150 items), the order event may end early.
• All products for this sale are made-to-order. The estimated shipping time is mid-March 2026. This period is set with a buffer to prevent production delays, but early shipping may occur depending on circumstances.
• Before dispatching your order, we will verify your shipping address and chosen shipping method. Please keep an eye on your email for important updates regarding your order.

Pre-order CLOSED

• We accept payments via PayPal only. After the order period ends, we will send you an invoice for your purchase.
• Please note that this sale accepts payment in Hong Kong Dollars only, due to high PayPal fees that make other currencies difficult for us to manage. You may use the PayPal currency calculator to estimate the price in your preferred currency.
• The product price includes the PayPal fee, but shipping fees and any applicable customs duties are not included.

• Products will ship from Hong Kong.
• The basic shipping method is e-epress or registered air-mail by Hong Kong Post, these method include tracking and usually arrives within 10–20 business days. EMS shipping is also available upon request.
• E-express and registered air-mail allows up to 2 kg. Additional shipping fees may apply for 8 or more wigs.
• Please check the below information about the estimated shipping fee:

• Regular wigs will be carefully packed using plastic bags and cardboard.
• Styled wigs (Lorina, Margaret, Alice) will be sent in DeeRibbon original boxes.
• If you need extra DeeRibbon original boxes, please let us know in the ordering mail.

• Online sales of ready-to-ship items and doll event attendance will continue during the production period. These sales are scheduled in advance and will not affect made-to-order production.
• The wig cap size specification has changed to a new design. Please check the related announcement article before ordering. Returns or refunds will not be accepted if the size does not fit.
• Colors without actual photos are shown only with color chart images.
  Actual colors may vary depending on monitor settings, so please use them as references only.
• Due to differences in production lots, the hair color may vary slightly.
• Please note that cancellations after placing an order are generally not accepted.
• In case of a delay in shipping due to unforeseen circumstances, or if we are able to ship earlier than planned, we will promptly notify you via email or X (formerly Twitter) or instagram.

投單已截止

• 接受 Paypal / PayMe(香港) 付款。
• 如選擇Paypal付款，會在29日開始發送invoice的付款要求。請注意為了減少手續費的產生，本次我們只接受港幣的付款， 您可以參考Paypal匯率換匯至您所使用的貨幣。
• 價格均包含了Paypal手續費，但不包括郵費/關稅等其他費用。

注意事項

• 在製作期間中，DeeRibbon會舉行預先準備好的現貨商品販售活動（通販會）以及出席娃場，這些活動均不會影響到製作進行，敬請放心。
• 此次假髮髮網及尺寸有再作出改動，請投單前必需閱讀有關的說明文章。很抱歉DeeRibbon不會接受有關尺寸不適合的退貨、換貨以及退款之要求。
• 無實物照片的髮款均已附上色板以供參考，惟請注意色板與實物一定會有色差，故請僅作為參考使用。
